How to secure rights and perspectives of youths?
feb
SNU, Sex og Politikk, SAIH and SAIH Bislet invite you to a meeting with UNFPA Executive Director Ms. Diene Keita.
SNU and SAIH invite you to a panel discussion with UNFPA’s newly elected Executive Director Diene Keita, State Secretary Håheim, the youth delegate on health, and a youth politician: How do we secure the perspectives and rights of youths, in a more authoritarian world?
We are asking the new Executive Director the questions we are curious about, and are looking forward to hearing her reflections on youths ‘ role and place in a global SRHR context.
The seminar is aimed at youths and students, offering a unique opportunity to hear Keita’s perspectives at a time of major global challenges for SRHR and the UN system. There will be keynotes from Diene Keita and Håheim, followed by a panel discussion where young people can discuss and ask questions to Keita and the State Secretary. After the panel, lunch and mingling will be provided.
The event is open to everone, however, we need to have an approximate idea of how much lunch we are going to order. Please leave your name, email address, potential dietary-restrictions and if you are attending for an organization/association.
